“Aplication of Dental Promotion and Prevention at Pandemic”
COVID-19 is transmitted mainly in three ways in oral health care rules: Direct transmission through inhalation of droplets produced by coughing or sneezing; direct transmission through exposure of mucous membranes such as the eyes, nose, or oral mucosa to infectious droplets; indirect transmission through contaminated surfaces.
Containment of the spread of sars-cov 2 in the rules of oral health. WHO recommends that routine non-essential oral health care – which usually includes oral health check-ups, dental cleanings, and preventive care – be postponed until there is a sufficient reduction in the transmission of COVID-19. However, urgent or emergency cases should be provided with care, such as: acute oral infection, swelling, systemic infection, significant or prolonged bleeding, and severe pain that cannot be controlled with analgesia. If possible, screen patients before their appointment, either by virtual/remote technology or by telephone.

“Strategies to Become a skilled and Proficient Dental Therapist to Compete in the International Stage”
More effective workforce model is likely to involve a new mix of dentists, mid-level oral health care providers (such as dental assistants, dental nurses, dental prosthetists, dental therapists, and dental hygienists), community-based health workers, and other related health professionals who have not traditionally been involved in oral health care, such as primary care physicians and nurses.
Implementing the model may require reassessment and updating of national legislative policies and regulations for licensing and accreditation of health workers. Health educators will be key stakeholders in setting standards of oral health competence and professionalism to guide and assess innovative health worker education, training, and practice. Health education will be an important part of your role, as will offering advice to patients about taking care of their oral health. You will also perform various procedures, including:

“Minimal Intervention and Caries Detection is The Best Technique for Clinical Learning on Pandemic Era”
Minimal Intervention and Caries Detection are the best techniques for clinical learning in the pandemic era. Demineralized but not cavitated enamel and dentin can be cured. The traditional surgical approach of drilling and filling may no longer be necessary as it treats only the symptoms of the disease, not the cause. The current medical philosophy is to prevent and detect dental disease as early as possible to avoid invasive treatment with the current understanding of the nature of dental disease and its process. Development of adhesive restorative materials with minimal intervention concept G.V. The black cavity design of the weak crown of the tooth increases the pressure on the cusp of the remaining “extension for prevention”.
Least invasive surgical approach: removal of minimal amounts of healthy tissue to identify and heal early lesions: surface protection and internal remineralization CARIES is the result of bacterial infection in a new minimally invasive paradigm. Early detection of caries remineralization of early lesions, restorative materials used in minimally invasive treatments to repair rather than replace a damaged restoration. new cavity classification and minimal surgical intervention of cavity lesions.
